Territory Account Manager - Russia, Belarus, Ukraine & Moldova

Job Description

The Territory Account Manager focuses on opportunities within organizations with 751 users and upwards, acting both internally to promote the business and externally with the partner community to effectively manage customer relationships and drive new business in prospective accounts. This position covers Russia, Belarus, Ukraine & Moldova.

Essential Functions

Manages prospecting and sales activities in the assigned territory

Identifies and helps close sales opportunities in the assigned territory

Gains knowledge and insight to customer's business priorities and challenges and propose Websense solutions to address these needs

Identifies key decision makers and the customer’s budgetary process

Works closely with Sales Engineering and Product Management to develop quotes/proposals

Develops relationships with key partners, distributors, resellers, and VARs for growth of our products within their markets

Leads sales presentations at reseller and end user locations

Updates and manages pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts

Coordinates sales activities with other field sales reps and manager

Interfaces with the Channel Sales Team & Marketing on program implementation and training efforts

Manages the sales process from discovery through negotiation and closing

Formulates New Business strategies and implements tactical plans to achieve the assigned quota

Builds and maintains consultative relationships with senior executives across functional areas within the client base
